Our Ekahau network engineer will attend your site to perform a comprehensive wireless survey and current network analysis. This will identify any potential source of interference and obstacles which could effect WiFi coverage for the desired areas. The survey analysis all aspects of the network and how its going to used including any other devices working on similar frequencies and your internet connectivity which could effect the whole experience.

Once the survey has been completed the engineer will put together a detailed network design proposal, this will include all their findings and how to best deliver a fully comprehensive solution.

Coverage

The most important aspects of this exercise is ensuring your have full coverage for you and your clients. Our site survey considers everything from the size of the building (in or outside), network capacity, construction methods and types of devices that will be connecting to the wireless network.

The design of some buildings can effect signal levels, our survey engineers will take this all in to account when they design the wireless network.

Testing

Once installed, our network survey engineers will conduct full passive survey to ensure that the coverage and tolerances is achieved with system connectivity, this is completed prior to handover for full sign off.

We also provide troubleshooting for the first 60days as part of our network installation package via our support desk, any network coverage or performance tweaking can be controlled or changed to fit with the customers requirements.

From as little as £15 per device, avecSys can provide ongoing network support for all our wireless network deployments, this is broken down in to a service agreements for any network related technical problem for our team of experts to diagnose and repair.
